BeeLinks Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BeeLinks, a free, private social network for builders, agents, and lead promoters in India’s real estate industry, accessible at https://beelinks.co.in. By accessing or using BeeLinks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a professional in India’s real estate industry (builder, agent, or lead promoter) to use BeeLinks.

• Builders: Must provide valid RERA registration numbers.
• Agents: Must submit professional license details.
• Lead Promoters: Must verify identity (e.g., Aadhaar) to ensure authenticity.

2. Free Access

BeeLinks is provided at no cost to builders, agents, and lead promoters, including access to:

• Posting and sharing QR codes.
• Viewing and managing leads.
• Interacting with advertisements (from VRFlats, builders, and agents).

Platform revenue is generated through:

• A 10% commission on agent earnings (₹5,000 per ₹50,000 commission, with ₹5,000 to lead promoters and ₹40,000 to agents).
• Ad server monetization for advertisements from VRFlats, builders, and agents.

3. User Conduct and Trust Policy

All posts, advertisements, and interactions must focus exclusively on real estate business activities, such as property listings, QR code sharing, or professional services. Non-business content (e.g., personal updates, unrelated promotions) is strictly prohibited.

Trust Violations

The following behaviors will result in immediate action:

• Posting non-business or misleading content.
• Sharing non-RERA-compliant property information.
• Misusing VRFlats’ QR codes (e.g., linking to unrelated sites).
• Engaging in harassment, spam, or fraudulent activities.

Blocking Process

BeeLinks enforces a three-strike policy for violations:

• Warning: Notification via direct message (DM) or email detailing the violation.
• Temporary Suspension: 7-day account suspension for repeated violations.
• Permanent Block: Account termination, with loss of access to leads and commissions.

Users can report violations using the platform’s “Report” feature. Appeals for blocks may be submitted within 7 days to shhankar@beelinks.co.in, with decisions at BeeLinks’ sole discretion.

4. Platform Features

BeeLinks operates a streamlined, Twitter-inspired interface with:

• Posts limited to 280 characters, supporting images (e.g., property photos, QR codes) but no video uploads.
• Interactions via likes, reposts, replies, and DMs. No group or community features are available.
• Hashtags (e.g., #MumbaiFlats, #VRFlatsTools) for content organization.

QR Codes and Leads

Integrated with VRFlats’ tools, users can:

• Share QR codes linking to real-time property details (e.g., Available, Booked).
• Track leads via a CRM dashboard, with commissions distributed as outlined in Section 2.

Advertisements

Builders, agents, and VRFlats can run image-based ads via our ad server. Ads must:

• Be real estate-focused and RERA-compliant.
• Exclude videos, supporting only text and images.

Notifications

Real-time alerts for QR code scans, lead assignments, commission payouts, or trust violation warnings.

5. RERA Compliance

Builders must include valid RERA registration numbers in all property posts and advertisements. BeeLinks reserves the right to remove non-compliant content but is not responsible for verifying property accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their posts and images. By posting, you grant BeeLinks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. The BeeLinks logo, platform design, and code are owned by BeeLinks Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Commission and Lead Management

For each deal closed (minimum ₹50,000 agent commission):

• Lead Promoters receive ₹5,000 (10%).
• BeeLinks receives ₹5,000 (10%).
• Agents receive ₹40,000 (80%).

Leads generated via QR codes are tracked through the platform’s CRM, ensuring accurate commission allocation. Commissions are processed via a secure payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). BeeLinks is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeeLinks provides the platform “as is” and is not liable for:

• Inaccurate or misleading information posted by users.
• Losses from QR code misuse, lead disputes, or failed transactions.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or data breaches beyond our control.

Users are responsible for their interactions, transactions, and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Termination

BeeLinks may suspend or terminate your account for trust violations, legal non-compliance, or at our discretion with or without notice. You may discontinue using BeeLinks at any time. To delete your account, contact shhankar@beelinks.co.in.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

BeeLinks may update these Terms to reflect changes in platform operations or legal requirements. Users will be notified via email (e.g., shhankar@beelinks.co.in) or platform announcements. Continued use of BeeLinks constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
