By creating an account or using BeeLinks, you confirm that:

• You will follow all platform rules
• You are legally allowed to use this service

👥 2. Eligibility

BeeLinks is only for:

• 🧑‍💼 Real Estate Agents

👉 Agents can join:

• Through builder reference, or
• With admin approval

We reserve the right to approve or reject any user.

🧾 3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing correct information
• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity under your account

BeeLinks is not responsible for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

💳 4. Subscription & Payments

• Builders must pay ₹6,000 per year
• Agents can join free (with approval)

👉 Important:

• Fees are non-refundable
• Subscription must be renewed yearly
• Services may be limited if payment is not completed

📱 5. Platform Usage

BeeLinks is a business-only real estate platform.

✅ Allowed:

• Property postings
• Real estate discussions
• Business networking

❌ Not Allowed:

• Good morning / greeting messages
• Personal or unrelated content
• Fake property listings
• Spam or repeated posts
• Offensive or illegal content

🚫 Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

📢 6. Advertisements

• Users can post paid advertisements
• All ads must be related to real estate

👉 BeeLinks does not guarantee:

• Leads
• Sales
• Business success

Users are responsible for their own deals.

🤝 7. No Brokerage Responsibility

BeeLinks is only a connecting platform.

• We do not act as a broker or agent
• We are not involved in any property transactions
• We are not responsible for any disputes between users

👉 All deals are done at your own risk.

🔐 8. Privacy

Your use of BeeLinks is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but users should also be careful while sharing information.

⚠️ 9. Limitation of Liability

BeeLinks is not responsible for:

• Loss of business or profits
• Incorrect property information
• Fraud or misrepresentation by users
• Technical issues or downtime

Use the platform at your own risk.

🚫 10. Account Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You post irrelevant or harmful content
• You misuse the platform
• You provide false information

No refund will be given in such cases.
