BeeLinks is a free, private social network exclusively for builders, agents, and lead promoters in India’s real estate industry. Operating on a Twitter-like interface, our platform fosters authentic connections, enabling professionals to collaborate, share insights, and drive progress in construction and real estate. Builders showcase properties, agents close high-value deals, and lead promoters, including work-from-home professionals, generate leads using innovative tools like QR codes from our partner, VRFlats.

Our mission is to empower real estate professionals with a focused, business-only environment. We strictly enforce a policy against non-real estate content, including greetings (e.g., "good morning") or unrelated images. Users who violate this policy are promptly blocked to maintain a professional community. BeeLinks is free to use, with revenue generated through a 10% commission on agent earnings (₹5,000 per ₹50,000 commission, with ₹5,000 to lead promoters and ₹40,000 to agents) and targeted advertisements via our ad server.

Integrated with VRFlats’ real-time tools, BeeLinks supports QR code sharing for properties like Gated Communities, Smart Flats, Sky Leads, and Open Land Leads, ensuring transparency with real-time status updates (e.g., Available, Booked). We are committed to trust, transparency, and compliance with India’s RERA and data protection laws, creating a reliable platform for real estate success.
