2. Who can join BeeLinks?

Builders, agents, and lead promoters in India’s real estate industry, aged 18 or older, can join. Eligibility requirements include:

• Builders: Must provide valid RERA registration numbers.
• Agents: Must submit valid license details or be referred by an existing builder or agent on BeeLinks.
• Lead Promoters: Must be verified by a BeeLinks administrator, providing identity proof.

3. Is BeeLinks free to use?

Yes, BeeLinks is completely free for builders, agents, and lead promoters. You can post, share QR codes, manage leads, and view ads at no cost. We earn revenue through a 10% commission (₹5,000 per ₹50,000 agent commission, with ₹5,000 to lead promoters and ₹40,000 to agents) and ad monetization.

4. What content can I post on BeeLinks?

All posts must be strictly related to real estate business, such as property listings, QR code sharing, or professional services. Posting non-real estate content, including greetings (e.g., “good morning”), personal updates, or unrelated images, is prohibited. Violators face a three-strike policy: warning, 7-day suspension, and permanent block.

5. Why is non-real estate content blocked?

BeeLinks is a professional platform focused on real estate collaboration. To maintain a business-only environment, we strictly prohibit non-real estate posts, such as “good morning” greetings or unrelated images. Users who post such content will be warned, suspended, or permanently blocked to ensure trust and relevance for all members.

6. How do I set up my profile?

Update your profile page to indicate your role (builder, agent, or lead promoter), mobile number, and city. This allows other users to contact you directly online for collaboration or lead sharing. For example, a builder in Mumbai should add: “Builder, Akula +91 9502890789, Mumbai.” Accurate profiles enhance trust and connectivity.

7. How does the commission structure work?

For each deal closed (minimum ₹50,000 agent commission):

• Lead Promoters: ₹5,000 (10%)
• BeeLinks: ₹5,000 (10%)
• Agents: ₹40,000 (80%)

Leads are tracked via our CRM, ensuring accurate payouts through a secure payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).

8. What are VRFlats’ QR codes?

BeeLinks integrates with VRFlats’ tools to provide QR codes for properties like Gated Communities, Smart Flats, Sky Leads, and Open Land Leads. These QR codes link to real-time property details (e.g., Available, Booked). Builders and lead promoters share them to generate leads, which agents can close.

9. Can I post videos or create groups?

No, BeeLinks does not support video uploads or group features to maintain a focused, Twitter-like interface. You can post text (up to 500 characters), images (e.g., property photos, QR codes), and use hashtags (e.g., #MumbaiFlats) for content organization.

10. How do advertisements work on BeeLinks?

Builders, agents, and VRFlats can run image-based ads via our ad server. Ads must be real estate-focused and RERA-compliant. They appear in the feed or as banners, supporting platform revenue while promoting properties and tools.

11. How is trust enforced?

We use AI moderation and manual reviews to flag non-real estate content or violations (e.g., misleading posts, QR code misuse). Our three-strike policy ensures a professional environment:

• Warning via DM or email.
• 7-day suspension.
• Permanent block with loss of access to leads and commissions.
